It wasn’t uncommon for me to be eating a chocolate a day. And I tried everything to lose weight. Everything from not eating during the day, using shakes, joining a gym and eventually trying slimming pills. Nothing worked.
It was only when I discovered why I had sugar cravings that I stopped needing and wanting to eat chocolate.
I began to lose and my clothes started to fit me better.
